Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Costa Rica only.
Carrier All orders are shipped via Correos de Costa Rica. (Some exceptions might apply based on distance, we will let you know if we use a different delivery method, always towards a faster delivery time at the same cost).
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order:
- 0–1 kg: ₡2,500
- 1–2 kg: ₡3,750
- 2–3 kg: ₡5,000
- 3–4 kg: ₡6,250
- 4–5 kg: ₡7,500
- 5–10 kg: ₡8,750
Free Shipping Orders over ₡100,000 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location within Costa Rica. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress by email. You can also request a tracking number to our WhatsApp business channel.
