Aura Return & Refund Policy

All items sold at Aura are carefully selected and verified to be new with tags (NWT) and authentic.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Request a Return Contact us at devoluciones@aura.fashion before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for shipping the item to us.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange an item for another available product of equal or lesser value. Contact us to arrange an exchange before returning the item.

Authenticity Guarantee Every item we sell is 100% authentic. If you ever have questions about a product's authenticity, please reach out — we're happy to provide documentation or photos.

Discounted "As-Is" Items

Some products in our store are sold at a discounted price due to minor cosmetic details — such as small marks, scuffs from shipping, or other imperfections noted in the product description. These items are clearly marked and priced accordingly.

As-is items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. By purchasing a discounted as-is item, you acknowledge that the listed details are expected and do not constitute a defect.
